Cauliflower 65

I tasted Cauliflower 65 at Preethis place on a short visit. She whipped it up real quick in a matter of minutes and served it with hot tea. Got the recipe from her.Its crispy and yummy. This makes a great appetizer too


Serves : 4

Cauliflower: Cleaned and broken into mini florets 

Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp

Kashmiri chilli powder : 3/4 tsp for the colour

Thick yogurt : 1/2 cup (I used Greek yogurt) – NOT SOUR

Ginger garlic paste : 1tsp

Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp

Corn flour : 4 tbsp

All Purpose flour : 2 tbsp

Whip the yogurt with the spices in a wide bowl. 

Add the florets and mix well

Heat oil to deep fry

Once the oil is hot, fry till the florets turn golden on medium flame. 

Once cooked well, drain on paper towels and serve
