This is one Quick recipe thats made with just 5 ingredients yet is good. Its a great accompaniment for rice, rasam, dals, sambar, chappathi etc
Recipe :
Beans : 125 gms , tender french beans, slit lengthwise and julienned
Potato : 200 gm , approx 3 medium, julienned
Garlic : 1 Clove, Crushed
Red Chilli : 3 , chopped or flakes about 1.5 tsp or according to taste.
Onion : 1/2 medium, thinly sliced
Olive oil : 2 tsp
Method:
Heat up oil in a pan, add the crushed garlic and the red Chillies followed by the onions. Saute till onions turn soft
Now add the potatoes, cover and cook on low heat till Potatoes are 3/4th done about 7-8 minutes
Now add the beans. Mix well. Cover and cook for another 5-6 minutes on low heat
Once cooked, ready to be served.
